Wedding of the Year – Geeta Weds Harbhajan

A celebrity wedding is about, style, glamour, panache, designer outfits, out of the box arrangements, the who’s who of the entertainment world and a lot more.

Harbhajan Singh & Geeta Basra are a celebrity couple who have been in a 7 years of courtship and finally tying the knot. This wedding will be hosted by this beautiful couple and will have the top-notch guest list from Bollywood to the sports universe.
Where the world is talking about the glitz and glamour around this wedding, we have experienced the simplicity and and the grounded personalities of this beautiful couple.
The wedding guest list didn’t only have the who’s who of the Cricketing fraternity; but even had all of Harbhajan Singh’s teachers and all those people who had not seen in a very long time.

We even had his close team-mate and Cricketing partner, Sachin Tendulkar at the wedding attending a very private affair for one of the ceremonies.

The pheras took place inside a Gurudwara in a simple ‘four pheras’ ritual.
Both Harbhajan & Geeta being very simple at heart and rooted to their values, they wanted to get married in Jalandar and celebrate with all those people who matter to them and all those have been a very important part of their lives until date.

My First BFF

We can hit them, abuse them, shout at them... But apart from us, nobody can even raise their voice at them! This is what 'Sibling Love' is all about. In a period of a lifetime, some make a bunch of friends, some make hundreds and some thousands; but your sibling will always be that one person who taught you to understand the true meaning of sharing and loving.

Today, we all live in a world, where technology has helped us keep in touch with people across the globe. Families and friends though very far, still are well connected through smart phone technology and the obvious well connected travel systems worldwide. Many of us have our siblings living away in different geographical locations and also in many cases, some of us do not get the time to spare with them due to the busy schedules in recent years of work and progress.

Being connected and cherishing each of the moments that were created in our lives is very important. Many a times what we feel and what we do are not well communicated to our loved ones. Now with smart and creative ways we can always get that smile on the face of the people we love. Like it is said by many intellectuals, "better now than never!"

So this week we dedicate 'Sibling Love', the feeling that you have for your sibling, the person who can brutally and proudly claim to be your First Best Friend!

Shout out loud with us and cheer for every Sibling in this universe and please do share your #SiblingThing with us!

Daddy's Angel.

This wedding is indeed a very special occasion for me. When a daddy’s angel decides to be a Cinderella and her prince is ready with a boot. This story is about Disha & Chintan who complete my conviction in love stronger, they knew each other for almost 7 years and dated for around 4 years and finally decides to tie themselves in a beautiful bond of marriage. Dr. Raja, Disha’s father was overwhelmed as he describes he never knew when did his daughter grew so old it seems like yesterday she forcing me to sing lullabies and fairy tales before sleeping. He further adds that this opportunity gives him a lot of joy and excitement, he is happy to see his daughter looking the most beautiful girl on this planet in her super graceful wedding dress, but somewhere there is a twinge of missing her, a thought which fears him of losing his daughter and at the end accepts the fact.

Disha & Chintan their love is so pure, so simple, so honest...Dr Raja seems to never want his daughter go but he was bidded by the law of nature and all he aimed his entire life is happiness of his daughter. It was a merry expedition to capture the Wedding because I dint feel they were clients, they treated me as their own family...The trust Dr.Raja had in me to do his daughter’s wedding, made me give my compassion. There was so much encouraging vibes in the ambiance Disha and Chintan looking so vibrant together, Dr Raja filled with mixed feelings and all the gathered natives blessing and praising the duo.

Many blessings to the most matched couple I have ever seen. Three Cheers to them from Israni team.
